Privacy Policy
Citadel Tech Labs collects information you submit so we can review a remote IT support request, respond to you, prepare a quote, deliver authorized work, maintain records, and protect the site and our systems.
Information we collect
- Contact information, such as name, company, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
- Request information, such as the affected website or system, service category, business impact, and problem description.
- Technical information, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, request IDs, and server logs needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and delivery records.
Information you should not submit
Do not send passwords, private keys, API tokens, payment card data, Social Security numbers, protected health information, regulated records, confidential customer datasets, or other sensitive material through the public request form. If access is needed after scope approval, we will use an approved secure channel.
How we use information
- To review, triage, and respond to your request.
- To prepare a scope, diagnostic plan, quote, or service proposal.
- To perform authorized work and maintain project records.
- To detect abuse, secure the site, debug delivery problems, and maintain operational logs.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help host the site, process intake records, operate CRM or ticketing tools, communicate with you, secure systems, or deliver authorized work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention
We keep request and contact information for as long as needed to evaluate the request, deliver authorized work, keep business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. Operational logs are intended to avoid storing request bodies or sensitive contact details where practical.
Cookies, logs, and analytics
The current site does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies. Hosting, security, and performance providers, including Cloudflare, may process technical request data such as IP address, browser metadata, page URL, timestamps, and security events to operate, protect, and measure the site. If remarketing, chat, or additional tracking tools are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools collect personal information.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal, security, backup, and business-record requirements. Use the request form and identify the request as a privacy matter.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children through the public request form.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect request information. No website, email, hosting provider, or network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as services, systems, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
