Effective September 6, 2026
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Citadel Tech Labs website and public request form. Separate written terms, statements of work, proposals, or service agreements control paid services when accepted.
No emergency service
The public form is not an emergency support channel. Submitting a request does not create an immediate response obligation, managed service agreement, incident-response engagement, or service-level commitment.
No service agreement from website use
A service relationship begins only when Citadel Tech Labs accepts the work through an approved written process that identifies scope, pricing, authority, access requirements, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria.
Authorized use only
You may submit requests only for systems, accounts, data, and assets you are authorized to discuss and administer. Do not ask us to access, test, scan, modify, or recover systems without proper authority.
Public form boundaries
Do not submit credentials, payment data, private keys, regulated records, confidential customer datasets, malware samples, illegal material, or instructions to perform unauthorized activity through the public form.
Website information
Website content is general information about potential services. It is not technical advice for your specific environment, a security certification, a compliance certification, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of outcome.
Quotes and diagnostics
Quotes are custom and may depend on available access, system condition, third-party platform limits, vendor costs, and scope uncertainty. When meaningful investigation is needed before a repair can be estimated, a paid diagnostic may be proposed first.
Third-party systems
Many services depend on third-party platforms, hosts, registrars, CRMs, payment processors, email providers, app marketplaces, and cloud vendors. Their terms, outages, security controls, limits, and fees may affect delivery.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security controls, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
Warranty disclaimer
The website is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citadel Tech Labs disclaims implied warranties related to the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citadel Tech Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or public request form.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website, intake process, or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
